Web bsed campaign management (request & results) script

Hello, I have several SMS based services & between time to time i have to do a campaign for these services to promote them. In order to prepare such campaigns & schedule them, each service manager need to specify several things by filling a form (using a unique predefined username & password) as follows: * Service Name (free text field accepting any language) * Service Code (Free Text Field Accepting Numbers Only) * Campaign Date * Campaign Timing (Morning, Afternoon, All Day) * Targeted Groups (Check Box: Group01, Group02, Group03, Group04, Group05, Group06, Group07, Group08, Group09, Group10, etc) * Targeted Groups Quantity (after selecting groups a quantity choice need to be specified under each one & choices are: All, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc) * Additional Details (free text field accepting any language) * Message Content (30 lines free text field accepting any language) * Approved (Yes, No) * Requester (free text field accepting any language) * Report (Yes, No) * Segments (a calculation field will generate a number by counting the characters of "Message Content" field as follows English = #/160 & round it to the next number, Other languages = #/70 & round it to the next number) After filling such form it should be recorded on MySQL database & send the record to an email address. Supervisor will receive it & arrange with the concerned persons & when done he should go to a simple web page & change the status of that request (above) from pending & select between (rejected, processing, completed) Beside that the only supervisors should have the authority to edit all database entries using a simple web page. Now... * I need it to be developed on PHP. * Using MySQL DB. * All Fields are parameter driven to be able to add/remove or change them. * Ability of exporting specific fields to XLS file. * Authority of users/supervisors should be simply set inside the script. * Normal users should be able to edit their records only if it is still pending. * A log of user activity * Finally i'd like to be able to see some statistics/graphs using the available information.
