Basic house and land site layouts - ongoing 30-40 hours per week

Overview We are seeking draftsperson(s) proficient in AutoCAD to prepare basic house site layout drawings for a range of house designs on a range of different land allotments and then provide analysis data as to the suitability of each based on particular requirements (for example, front setbacks, side setbacks, floor space ratio etc). Details We have 70 house designs. We deal with about 100 blocks of land at any given time. Therefore we require to begin with 7000 separate site layouts Lot Attributes Location of specific easements, sewer lines etc wil be required to be include in the site layouts. Scope We are seeking a long term partner(s) for this project. Training will be provided on what we require however proficiencies in autocad and draftsmanship is essential.
