Hello, I work for a co-living company and we need someone to measure our units and send them to us in a CAD file. This would be on a recurring basis all around the city. We are a co-living company our apartments ranging from Bushwick to Harlem, around 10 units/month. Our units are typically 600-800 sq ft. An outline of our standards: - Measure new unit: include doors, stairs, windows, a/c's, etc. in drawing. - Note outlet, data port, switch, and fuse box locations - Note window dimensions, including height of window (this needs to be exact, checking measurement with laser for each is preferred) - Note ceiling height - Deliver as an AutoCAD file - 360 Photos of all Please let me know what your typical rates would be for this and if you would be interested. I work full time at an architectural firm in NYC and have measured and drafted many NYC apartments. I would be able to send you the cad (dwg) file as well as a revit (rvt) file as that is how I will be drafting these plans. I do work full time so I would need to see the apartment after hours or on the weekend preferably, and I would be able to get you the drawings within 5 days of the visit. I am also willing to edits as needed.
