Story Teller for Children's Book

A Voice Artist (English speaking) is needed to narrate an original children's story from beginning to end. Key requirements and aspects of the project include the following: - Total word count is 1,200 to 1,500 words (picture book with text comprising about 16 pages). Complete script will be given. - Permissible accents include English, Irish, Scottish, Australian, American, provided that the voice tends toward the 'neutral' English accent and is appealing English speaking audiences internationally and wreaks of "story teller"; - Male or Female Voice Artist (it's the story telling nature of the voice that matters, not the gender) - Significant leeway will otherwise be given to the Voice Artist's creative interpretation of the story and how they express themselves in telling it - it's important to be engaging. - Successful Voice Artist will be required to enter into a formal contract (relating to confidentiality, copyright, etc.) that will be presented for execution. - Voice Artist will be credited with the narration of the story in opening credits. - Raw WAV recording as well as all Voice Artist's edit files and final 'clean-up' file will be required to be transferred Interested Voice Artists should submit a bid, together with links/files which demonstrate their voice(s) they think would be most suitable for such a project, as well as other links/files in other contexts that demonstrates their creative versatility.
