Web based testing system in ASP

I need an ASP developer to develop an online testing testing system to be added to our Web site. Here are the details The system should allow for an administrator to create a test with multiple choice and true/false questions and answers. The administrator should be able to create an unlimited number of tests and each question can be a true/false question as well as multiple choices with an unlimited number of answers. Administrator can set the passing score for each test The multiple choice questions must have the option for creating question that has one correct answer or multiple correct answers. All the tests taken must be recorded in the database. The Users will take the test and their score and answer detail will be presented to them at the end and recorded in the database. The correct answer and the users answer should be displayed and it should also display whether the answer is correct or incorrect. The user and the administrator should receive an e-mail with the results of the test. Administrator should be able to login and access all tests taken and see the answers and scores. We need someone to write the code in ASP and the code should be well commented. The developer/company should provide regular status updates and have excellent communication skills. Please also provide an estimated length of time to complete the project in your quote.
