Athaluapa Theme - and small wordpress issues

I have this wordpress site, made with atahualpa theme. My issues are: 1. custom frontpage (to display on 2 columns, latest 5 postst from choosen category. Will also be a featured posts. And to show the "today" posts, the "this week posts" according to custom fields date.) 2. Some categories to display 3 columns and some categories only 1 column. 3. 3-4 post templates. Because some posts will have the default template, and other postst I can choose between post-template-1 to post-template-4. These templates are different one from other. For example, one template shows the image in left, and text in right..and so on. If someone thinks is better to made a new theme, just be my guest, but: PS-1: Please dont bid more then $30. Is a very low budget website. Is a matter a few hours. And if someone can make it smaller then $30 and do it today, is even better! I am searching for a freelancer with a few hours to spare just to play with this issues. PS-2: please read the requirements.. everyone is asking me what to do in messages..i will repeat ofcourse.
