[AngularJS 1.6 ng-meta] Google can't crawl the title and description

I am experiencing problem with my ng-meta. At first, Google is able to pick up the actual data from {{[login to view URL]}} and list in search engine. However I attempt to do a re-submission to Google for re-indexing, Google picks up the tag {{[login to view URL]}} instead of the description data. I suppose the solution is [login to view URL] but I prefer not to use this method. Other solution would be Phantomjs and so on. If you are an experience person with AngularJS SEO then this should not be a problem for you to propose. Please take note that my application is built using AngularJS 1.6 and Laravel 5 and hosted in Centos and runs on Apache. You are required to fix this issue via remote desktop as the source code is proprietary and cannot be distributed.
