I need an algorithm created for calculating the ranking of an account based on how many evictions were filed by client vs the total number of apartment units we service for them. Algorithm should also take into consideration the age of the client (number of days since client was set up). Preferably the algorithm would return a result for each month's data as well as an overall number.
