2 to 3 month Full time Secondment in Saudi Arabia - Riyadh Job requirement Develop advance financial models, valuation for different sectors, supported with the following: o Preparation of the Projected financial statement FCFF, FCFE, P&L and Balance sheet o OPEX/CAPEX Structure calculations o Analyzing the key financial sensitivities: (NPV, IRR, PBP, DPBP, WACC, etc.) o Analyzing the funding scenarios: Debt/Equity ratios, DSCR and LLCR o Sensitivity analysis o Measuring financial Ratios, liquidity, profitability, Debt & Solvency Ratios, Operating and Financial leverage o Projected margins and cost analysis, Return analysis: (ROI, ROA, etc.)
