Grupo Avanzata is a company that has not invoiced since 2016. The previous accountant left some things pending to present before the SAT. You must file the statements that are due and put the company on hold if not already. The company did not invoice more than one invoice per month and had no expenses, making it a very simple accounting. The previous accountant presented all the declarations where invoices were generated, so all the pending declarations must be zero.

Well, I have 8 years of experience in UK accounting and currently, I am working with charted accountant company "Acuity Profesional Pvt. Ltd" London. I do bookkeeping for different clients having different industries, property management is one of them. One of a client "Diamond Holdings" having the residential property business. Recently, it included commercial property business. I am working for it for last 1 year on Xero. I am responsible to post bank transactions, invoice posting, bank reconciliations, tracking expenses property wise, tracking mortgage loans, month-end, year-end closing, etc. I am sharing a couple of screenshots of the working of this client. I am working on Quickbooks for the last 8 years for the UK companies, I am quite familiar with QB, One thing I would want to share that as I am working with my current company "Acuity Professional Ltd", it is a full-time job. I might be not able to communicate in UK business hours. However, there is no issue after the day closed in this company. Of course, I am totally free on bank holidays and at weekends.
