Hi There're a multiple options inside AWS itself to configure the architecture accordingly. For example you can use Lambda with API Gateway to implement the Rest Services and DynamoDB to act as the DataStore, otherwise follow the traditional way of building web app. Anyways it'll depend mostly on your team skillsets and your use case.
