IOS and Adnroid App

I have a job and I require 2 quotations as I am not sure what is the best way to move forward… I have client who has a mobile application developed where a user can log in and manage files using a pc or smart phone. The entire application is actually coded as responsive. It is called PDM. I want a quotation for both IOS and Android for the following: 1. Develop an icon type app that when a user opens this for the first time it redirects them to the Sign Up Page of the mobile site of PDM or if they are already logged in that the app will remember their login details and will bring them directly to the main Mobile Home Page of PDM 2. Develop an app that has 4 Pages with icons at the bottom of the screen 1. PDM (where the mobile version is pulled through to the app) 2. About (Information about the company) 3. FAQ 4. Contact Us Obviously here the main focus needs to be on the PDM working through the app window. I will only be choosing one of the above and want someone to quote who has a lot of app development experience. I need to see apps that have already been created by you and need you to be able to prove that you are the developer of these apps. I am looking to develop a working relationship with a good app developer as I have more jobs after this that I need quotes for.
