Finger print scanner and web integration

Need to develop a hello world JSP which interacts with finger print scanner installed on client machine and is able to submit the finger print to the server. It can be assumed that device driver is installed on client machine and end user is on chrome. Finger print scanner can be a standard one, if needed to be named - can be Secugen Hamster Pro 20. It has SDK available with it.
