Design Girl for Fashion eCommerce Site

WE ARE SEARCHING FOR A LONG TIME DESIGN / GRAPHIC GIRL. We dont need programmer, developer, php guys or whatever. JUST DESIGN! JOB DESCRIPTION: Okay, lets start with the cool things. We are a young startup, selling young fashion woman clothings online through different channels like ebay, amazon and similiar platforms. now, we want to start with our own shop on magento and we are desperatly searching for a graphic girl or guy, who can design the shop we already have a more or less completed corporate identity but are willing to begin from the scratch with the shop. since the online fashion business is really difficult, we need a shop which is absolutly perfect. WE ARE: - young - funny - highly motivated - fashion and design addicted ... and so are you :) REQUIREMENTS: - we are very very fussy with this, looking at every single corner of the site and want all to be perfect. and so are you too. - you want to design a reaaally cool shop, not just because of money but because of you love your work - you have knowledge about usability - you are a guy or girl with a high interest in fashion and clothing - you buy regulary online - you have basic knowledge about user experience, usability - of course, you are an expert in photoshop and so on - you can work INDEPENDENT. please, we want coworkers who can work without asking every single second every single detail. you are the expert so do it like you think its perfect :) - you speak english or german (prefered) very well YOUR APPLICATION: Please, guys and girls, dont send us a two-words "hi i can do this"-application. we will definitly dont look at this... we want motivated people, who love to do this job because they want to make the ecommerce world a more nice world. give us an application, where we can see that you want this job and then, we will get back to you and we can discuss more details :) we definitly want to see reference designs, so please send us a few links or files.
