Before You Start Email Marketing with SuiteCRM (Pre-requisites) You’ll need a few things setup before you start with SuiteCRM email marketing. Outbound email account is setup in Admin>Email Settings Setup a Bounce Handling Account in Admin>Inbound Email. This is necessary for handling and recording bounced emails. Setup Campaign Email Settings in Admin>Campaign Email Settings, particularly make sure your email account can handle the emails sent per batch. The test email works fine from the administrator test email view and all the account settings appear to have persisted correctly. I used an AMI on AWS to deploy SuiteCRM. Everything seems to be working correctly except the custom dropdowns. All research on the topic leads to a permission issue. In addition to the dropdown menus not working, I cannot configure the system's email as it is not connecting to my email server.
