I just got a new plesk server. NS was configured at domain end and also A name configured for same as well in plesk. Its up to 48 hours now and the name server yet to propagate, seems there is some DND misconfiguration issue in server and I am looking for server expert to help resolve this

Hi, I'm using this article here: I'm trying to add a new user and group to a new folder for SFTP access. There are already 3 SFTP users working well and just trying to add one more. I'm having problems as the virtual logon folder is not showing correctly in Plesk Odin Linux Hosting and the owner of the folder doesn't appear to set correctly after checking with ls -l command. I need someone to *Very carefully* help me fix this without upsetting the existing FTP and SFTP accounts and server configuration. Work to be done via AnyDesk or TeamViewer.

Hi! I'm brand new to Plesk and I've never uploaded an ASP.Net project to a web site before. And... I can't get it to work. The program works great locally but won't work when I try to publish it to my site. I think there's an error with the connection string. When I test the connection with my site in Visual Studio, the connection works. When I test it with the database connection it fails. I asked someone earlier to look at it but he said he'd have to play with some code and raised the price on me after I awarded it. I'm hoping someone can look at it and see what I'm doing wrong. I'd also like whomever fixes it to please teach me what I was doing wrong.

I am using plesk to host one of my websites. I did an update to plesk this morning and when I did, this particular website started showing 500 internal server error... This is what I found on the error log: AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace.

But, my shared IP its not acesseble, means that i cant access from outside the domains. Hi I've downloaded both sites files and did export of the sql from the Plesk server we had. One site is done in Wordpress, which was compromised, is a forward to fbi site when logging in - so want site up on my desktop on xampp to fix. The other site is a custom site done by someone 8 years ago...is all in php, will need the sql linked.
