Dear all, It's kind of offbeat but we specifically need about a dozen articles on crawfish, specifically restaurants/cafes/food trucks that serve crawfish in different US cities. Each city is a separate article. Google Maps is great for identifying places that serve this dish and TripAdvisor is pretty helpful too. Each piece would need to be 1kish words. You would find the menus/prices for the restaurants (readily available online) and summarize each spot in a couple of paragraphs (commenting on the vibe of the place, what they serve, how much they charge).
