I am customer oriented and both focused on process and results. UPDATED: I am currently working remotely as a customer service manager for a company located in Chicago that works worldwide. My main responsibilities are related to customer support with orders, invoices, chat and email support. I am also the liaison between customers and designers and management. I am in charge of social media posts, article writing for the company´s blog, tracking customer´s information and recruitment. I worked for several international companies (Microsoft, Dell, Motorola, Teleperformance, Brazilian Police Academy among others) in where I gained a lot of experience in different fields like customer service, technical support, coaching and recruitment. I am also a language coach with more than 15 years of experience. I am graduated as an English teacher and translator. I am a native Spanish speaker currently living in Brazil for the past 8 years in which I also became a Portuguese coach for foreigners living in Brazil. I have been working with translations since then for English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. From 2007 until 2017 I owned my own company dedicated to delivering language services to companies and individuals. Some of our main activities were related to business language courses, translations, customer service for international customers, recruiting and interviewing worldwide candidates for open positions on the companies. In 2010 I opened my company for online and face-to-face language classes for all groups and ages delivering regular courses and international examinations. Travelling is one of my passions.
