My name is José Pereira de Merces, I am married with three children and I live in Cascais, Portugal. I have technical training in Mechatronics and Electrotechnics. I also have a university degree in Industrial Electronics and Engineering in Automation and Control. I always wanted to learn electronics and consequently became a professional in the area specializing in printed circuits. I like to have fun with my family and think about things I never thought of. I love to develop and create technologies, whether simple or complex, so I always find smart solutions that help teams, sectors and the company I go through. An example of this is a tool I developed at CAF-Brasil, capable of testing cables and ensuring their functional integrity, where I reduced errors and increased productivity. I love challenges, because with it I can develop new skills. An example of this I found at WISEHOME where I needed to create an electronic board to control inductive and resistive loads inside a 4X2 box and I didn't know how it would look. So I learned the basic SolidWorks commands and created the box in 3D and imported it into Altium Designer, where we could safely visualize how the project would look inside the box. With this we eliminate the errors and adjust the project. Another example of this are two machines I developed at BiocolLabs, which increased productivity by 35% on two production lines. One envelops 800ml bottles and the other counts pills and fills the pots (packaging) with the desired number. I am very excited, and for that reason, I feel a great desire to offer my skills and technical knowledge to your services.
