Google merchant - shop products - creation and submission

We have an existing shopping cart and require all the products exporting to a file (xml) or similar to submit successfully to Google Shopping Merchant feeds UK & Europe. All info exists, within the cart tables and images etc. but the file needs creating as there's no export function in the shopping cart.
The file should then be imported successfully with all possible parameters to GM and Scheduled weekly for GM to fetch.
The file must comply with all attributes for GM
Must be completed by Friday this week
