Custom Windows Media Player - Windows Forms Based

I am looking for a developer to create a windows forms based application using VB.NET. This application will be used for video playback of streaming video, and must use the Windows Media Control.

## Deliverables

Here are the detailed requirements for the application:

1) Windows Form with windows media player control (axwindowsmediaplayer) in VB.net Framework 3.5 or 4

2) Four buttons, 1 progress bar

* Load Video

* This button will take a variable of a Windows Media file located on a remote server in the format of: (http://www.[[url removed, login to view]]/[video] or mms://www.[[url removed, login to view]]/[video].

* IMPORTANT: This is the most important part, loading the video should start a progressive download of the video but not start playback. The progressive download status needs to be displayed on the progress bar.

* Play Video

* At any time after the load video button is pressed, the video should be able to be played, even if the video is only 15% downloaded. It is very important that we be able to play the video before the download is fully complete.

* Pause Video

* Stop Video
