VIDEO RECORDING IN THE STREETS OF REPAIRS/MANUFACTURING

I am looking for a professional videographer to produce a documentary for a personal project. The long-form video will explore the repairs and manufacturing taking place in different streets in your country.
I am open-minded to any creative direction or visual content that the videographer can provide. However, I am not on a rigid timeline and am open to working out a timeline with the videographer suitable for the project.
This is the kind of videos we need. The price is 2$ per hour worked, the workers involver in the reparation will get a 25% increment of their working time during the video recording, this way we don't annoy them.
The video will be recorded in full lenght, no cuts. Here are some examples:
