Video editing - blur areas with personal data

Hello, I'm a web designer/online business owner, and I need help with some videos I've created for my course. The videos are tutorials where I go through sign-up processes, and the only thing I need is someone who can help me blur the areas where my personal data shows, taking into account they show on a scrolling screen.
Here an example, assuming I want to blur my first name, last name and email : [login to view URL]
The are 3 videos (mp4 files), but not much needs to be done on each. The list of what needs to be edited is attached.
I need the blurred areas to look nice and discreet, and not like bulky squares.
