Need for a unity 3d or Unreal developer and 1º 3d designer.

The initial idea in "MVP0" would be to have a multiplayer "base" and that people can explore the small map and attack each other.
Characteristics:
- Multiplayer
- PVP
- Loot system
"MVP0" => Features:
- Multiplayer
- PVP
- Loot system
- Map basic(mininal requeriments)
1- Login screen;
2- select char (any default character);
3- login to the single base map;
4- Be able to move the character;
5- Be able to pick up loot from the floor;
6- Have a weight bag (Invertory system);
7- Pvp (any weapon) - The character must kill and be able to loot the enemy's body;
8- Have a Client Server solution;
9- Have at least 2 MOB's to keep on this map as a test as well;
OBS: The idea is to mix a little bit of the history of these two games.
And I would like the mechanics to look like fractured(graphic).
