Hi!

I have a PBX and we want to see detailed statistic on whats going on when we recive calls and we make calls.

I want to connect our PBX API to Geckoboard API so we can see detailed information and have the information presented to us beautifully in Gecoboeard.

What we want to see is:

-Queue statistic

-Avarage waiting time in queue

-How many agents are logged in

-How many are in Queue in our response groups

-Lost calls

-Lost calls avarage per agent

-Avarage length on a call that have been recived

-Avarage length on a call that have been made

-Agents that recived most calls

-Agents that made the most calls

We have several costumers that uses our PBX and we want to create diffrent Geckoboards to different coustomers so this solutions isn't just for one use,
