Looking for someone to help me setup OpenPose to detect people walking and using their cell phones.
OpenPose represents the first real-time multi-person system to jointly detect human body, hand, and facial keypoints (in total 130 keypoints) on single images. See here for details on the system:

I want to use OpenPose on video to determine whether someone is texting/using their cell phone (looking down/distracted by phone) while walking. Output would be a binary determination of "using cell phone" or "not using phone" that would then allow for subsequent actions to be taken.
In addition, would like a step by step guide for setup of Openpose on AWS or similar cloud platform. Instructions should be for someone completely new to AWS, C++, python, etc and include what software is needed on my PC and what services are required on the cloud and how to set up those services.
Ideal solution would be able to be run on raspberry pi 3 linked to AWS such as this project:
