Website Design - Video Site w/ Points System

This website will have 3 core features that are very important.
1. The website will allow users to embed YouTube videos for others to view on our website.
2. The website will have 'points' that can be tracked / used to Like / Promote / Comment on these videos on our site. (These are not providing promotions/likes to YouTube video no YouTube, only our site.)
3. The points will have a marketplace where users can offer real currency to buy/sell points.
This website will have a front page that displays the top 6 videos from each category in a horizontal row based on how many points the videos currently have. Users can PROMOTE videos to give them more points and move them up the rank.
Users must only be able to do a certain amount of actions per day, limited by IP address.
I want to be clear that we love the structure of YouTube but we don't want a CLONE of YouTube. We like the clean layout, nice buttons, structured site with easy to use navigation and functionality.
The user profile must allow to see:
- Uploaded Videos
- Total # of Points (by video)
- Total # overall points
- Be able to send points to another user
- Be able to SELL points (marketplace)
