rss - xml - feeds expert for seo purposes

PART 1

I need a coder to create an rss feed reader? so i can install in my sites and then display rss feeds from other sites. for several sites.

Basically i want to have some script in my site where i just need to insert the feed url, and those feeds automatically come to my site.

PART 2

The coder should also be able to automatically create html search engine friendly pages and sites from the rss feeds or help me installing and customizing the script provided here:

PART 3

Finnaly, the coder should also be able to extract information from received emails such as google alerts, and send it to html.

BASICALLY YOU SHOULD BE EXPERT WITH RSS FEEDS - XML - PHP etc and keep in mind that all this is for SEO reasons so content feeded should be SEO friendly.
