This project involves the development of a simple web based application known as a Recruitment Management System (RMS) in PHP/MYSQL. We are looking for an experienced individual/company who can demonstrate experience in this area. Ideally, this is a solution that has already been successfully developed and will only require customisation. We are looking for bids from PHP/SMARTY/MYSQL masters - no beginners! We are looking for someone who can easily meet and exceed the requirements set out below, can work to strict delivery schedules and is focused on excellence. 2.1 Scope Summary - To deliver a 100% bug free, secure web based application using the agreed technologies that conforms to the agreed detailed specifications. - To have fully tested all functionality and corrected any application errors.
