3ds to xml conversion ( 3dstudio to secondlife)

i need someone who can convert:

3dstudio (already created 3ds meshes/models) to xml secondlife compatible files for import from server.

Opensim and secondlife

I ve tried many applications.

I'm not looking to convert meshes to sculpties.

Just 3ds models to xml compatible.

Xml files are 3d models object defined by text. Also used by many other applications.

Check for some more info in the secondlife wiki website, about xml-secondlife related info.

There are many applications for blender, maya, 3dstudio, etc (like primcomposer)

That's not what i'm looking

Understand that what i need is to import a whole 3dstudio already created model to secondlife. AND VICEVERSA

it may not be that hard. i don't know. But i believe that it's very possible.

So. maybe some kind of 3ds script, plugin, a new conversion software, or something like that may work.

I'm willing to pay a reasonable fee for your work.

( Maybe ac3d, maya, blender, could work too. I'm not intended to use just 3dstudio max. If you can do it using some other 3d software, just let me know and i will see if your recommended 3d software works for me. )
