I have an accountancy practice. I have clients and I perform a variety of jobs for them. I want a system to manage the jobs so I can:
See what jobs I have to do;
See what are the deadlines;
Manage the various files for the jobs;
See what jobs are in progress and completed.
I currently have a client management system that is microsoft SQL based if that is relevant. I would also be using a scanning device to scan documents into the various files.
The system would have to be multi-user and also be able to be accessed from different offices in different locations. A web based system perhaps?
