She did a good Job

It took 2 months to complete this very small job. I get it done in 3 days, by other freelancer. Very bad communication. I sent him the keyword on the very first day. 15 days later, I ask him how the work is going (because it's kind of slow) and he tells me everything is fine. 1 month later, he is telling me that he cannot open the file with the keywords and the url (which means that he has not done anything)! And to end it all, the quality of the links is very poor (spam comments on low PR site...) Anyway, will never hire again. Hope you will read this review before hiring him.
