Fix 2 Errors in Wordpress Site

I've a wordpress website completed but there're 2 issues on the homepage which I noticed now.

So these are the 2 errors on the homepage :
1. You notice the Green Colour Circle Diagram right below the homepage slider, There's an issue with it.
Clicking on any one of the tabs takes to a new link, so basically its working. But its not functioning properly. What I mean by that is , when you hover over any one of those 8 blocks of that circle diagram, that particular block over which you hover with your mouse is supposed to glow, in the sense an outline comes and its an effect. It was working fine before some time but suddenly its stopped working. Either its javascript issue or css or something of that sort.
2. Second Issue now : You notice the 3 blue horizontal menu thing to the right of the circle diagram. That has also stopped working.
This is how its supposed to work : The first blue box is "Grade" and it has options 4 options namely, Grade 12 , Grade 11 , Grade 10 and Grade 9.
After you select any one of those 4 options in the first blue box, The second box gets activated. In the second blue box, the options are made according to the selection of the first blue box. Suppose you select Grade 12 in the first blue box, It shows you some options in the second box then. If you selected Grade 11 in the first box, It would show you some different options in the second blue box. It works that way. Then after you've selected an option in the second box also, The third box gets activated. Now you it will show you more options based on your selection of the previous boxes. So after you select an option in the third box, you have to click go and clicking that would take you to a Link. The links differ based on your selections of options in the boxes.
This function was also working a few days ago but right now, selecting an option in the 1st box itself makes in the address bar to change to [login to view URL] . I think its some kind of small error and fixing it will make the code to work properly.
Actually I've backup of all the files when these functions were working and backup of all the pages also when this site was working(pages backup is a wordpress backup using Export option in wordpress) But I do NOT have backup of the database sql file while these 2 functions were working so I could not go back and revert my site. So probably my backup files could be used to find the error and just fix it.
I think its just a small error somewhere which is causing these 2 functions to not work. Hopefully you can find it out and fix them.
Looking forward to work with you, If you do the project well, I would consider you for the complete development of a big budget website for which I'm trying to find a suitable freelancer. What I'm also looking for is speed of the work so If you're considering to take 2-3 days to just solve these simple 2 issues, I do not think you would be suitable for the project.
