Unfortunately this project did not go as planed and there are a lot of circumstances that affected the outcome. The Freelancer (Awais) can not be held responsible for all of them but differently has his part of the responsibility. In terms of the quality of the work the end result are within what can be expected. Things that i would like to point out as positive are: - Awais ability to design a clean and good looking front-end from no more than basic requirements. - Awais persistence to keep working on the project and finish despite obstacles. - Awais attitude to find solutions that is acceptable for both parties (even when the discussions has been tough). Areas of improvement: - Time estimations in general (deliver on time). - Communicating delays up front and revising the delivery plan. - Overall status updates. - Communicating issues up front. As a final comment i would like to be clear that my experience is that Awais is an honest freelancer with the best intentions, different circumstances has not been in favor for the outcome but regardless there are areas of improvement that Awais could work on to be more successful in future projects.
