We have a web based form to allow visitors to schedule us to pickup items at their home or business. Currently, the form sends us the information and we call the client back to schedule the pickup. We want to add functionality to our form so that visitors can schedule online - without the need for us to call them back.
This is more than a simple calendar. We only service certain zip codes - and for each zip code, there are only certain days of the week that we pickup. The visitor should be given a choice of selecting one of the next five available days for pickup. We have included an excel spreadsheet showing each zip code, the days that we pickup, what city they are located in, Which store is servicing the zip code and which zone the zip code is located in.
