website for downlading files

I want to create a website where users buy my sample paper for their exam? preparations. for example if you want to pass network + exam from comptia you come to my site for sample paper, you pay for it through a payment gateway and then once the payment is approved it takes to download the file (pdf/xps etc..) to download or if you choose to email it emails the sample paper to customer emails address, customers can either buy one sample paper or bundle of sample paper.

I also offer vouchers for the exams so if you want discount vouchers, you pay for the discount vouchers and it email the customers the discount vouchers number or take them to a download page.

the whole idea behind the website is to reduce admin work, at the moment people request me for a sample paper and then i request money through paypal, google checkout and then once payment is confirmed I send them the sample paper and vouchers mannualy, I wish this can happen using a website.?

future plan is to offer them elearning through website for different exams and/or provide tutorial through one to one session via internet. which will include doing labs through internet as well for different exams.?
