Fix my Perl\MySQL web 2.0 scripts

My first rent a coder abandoned the project and left me with several perl scripts that don't work as I specified in the project. The scripts are the skeleton of a very basic Web 2.0 site. The project is almost all done except for a few problems that are enumerated in the included text file. The scripts are supposed to do the following: Account creation with photo upload and a limit to the file size of the photo, log in\log out via cookie authentication, very basic message board, a page that lists all users with the username and photo, and a very basic page that displays the user's profile. I will provide you with the SQL statements that created the orginal database so you can work off of them from your own computer and submit any changes. The modules used are CGI and DBI. There's also authen::catcha but the last coder set them up so you don't have to worry about that. You are allowed to use those two modules but everything else has to be the hard coded. No other modules and no JavaScript. I am fairly price sensitive but if I like your work I'll have other assignments for you in the future. Thanks for your bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
