Project Description:
1. I need a website to auto bulk sending whatsapp message. (Bidder needs to tell me how many whatsapp msg can be sent Every day or Every hour)
2. Allow me to upload contact list via csv, txt, xls or xlsx
3. Can separate and detect the phone number into contact list to sms or whatsapp (if have whatsapp or dont have whatsapp)
If do not have whatsapp, do not send sms. Everytime must detect if a phone number has whatsapp, if yes, send whatsapp again.
4. report interface shows how many phone numbers have whatsapp, how many whatsapp are successfully sent, how many are not sucessfully sent,
5. Can send and receive Text, Images, Audio, Video Messages. Can add signatures in free messages and Can have templates.
6. Credits Scoring system ( deducting of points on every sent msg)
7. Credits Transfer System ( Deducting points for message filteration)
8. Payment Integration with Shopping Carts
9. Whitelabel Options for Account Owner, Resellers and Sub resellers
10. Proxies
11. Would require complete ownership of this software and I should be able to customize it completely, so would need documentation or Main Installation file.

2) once you install that API and script and confirms me its working (will release 25%) Complete Working of the Software
3) After success full implementation of it on to 1 more web servers and on going support for next 3 months) will release remaining 50% Complete
