Website software setup and ecommerce functionality

**Introduction:

**I am looking for a programmer that I can develop a long term business relationship with. Our first project will be on The Business Professional website. The Business Professional will be a monthly online magazine which requires initial programming to set up Ultimate Affiliate, Membership Manager, and Autoresponse Plus to work together.

Currently, Autoresponse Plus is on [url removed, login to view], Ultimate Affiliate is on [url removed, login to view] and Membership Manager isn’t installed yet. The reason I had the programs installed on two separate domains is I had problems running two scripts on the same site before.

Ultimately, I would like to run everything from one domain, if that’s possible.

**Project Outline:**

1. Install all software on The Business [url removed, login to view]

2. Set up all the software so that it runs properly

3. Develop a seamless ecommerce process using the three software packages

**Project Details**

1. [url removed, login to view] does not make sales, only affiliate sites can make sales. This is one of the options in the Ultimate Affiliate software

2. Autoresponders are personalized with the affiliates URL

3. Payment links may have to be incrypted. I’ll be using 2 [url removed, login to view] as the payment processor

4. The site will include a store both inside the member’s area as well as on the main site. Affiliates will be paid a commission on sales made from the store on their website.

**My capabilities:**

My strengths are in the design and marketing of digital information products. My weakness is the set up and functioning of the software side of the website.

**Conclusion:**

I’m sure this project is fairly simple for someone who knows what they’re doing. As the site expands and I develop other sites, I would like to have one or two programmers who I can work closely with. When you look at my concepts you may see easier, more efficient ways to do things from a programming standpoint. I’m very open to new ideas and would like to have your input.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. If there are problems with the software or the programs don't function as they are intended, the programmer will fix the software without additional cost.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
