PHP function to generate draughts moves

I need the function which will generate array of possible legal moves in the draughts game.

I mean International 10x10 game.

For instance:

The position is white: King 46, pieces 27, 32 Black: King 1, pieces: 14,16,21

The most complicated rules to program is probably the capture by the king and Turkish capture ( captured pieces are being taken off board after capture is finished )
