The project is for an online national lotto syndicate.
And is aimed at providing a valuable service, while directly contributing to charities involved in the support and welfare of children in Beslam.
Most lotto wins are by syndicates and this is a management system designed to automate the process of collating entries from syndicate members and allowing new members to join.
NationalSyndicate Will allow syndicate managers to have an online syndicate management system.
they will have an admin section where they can manage syndicate members, submit numbers email members and pay their subscription fee etc.
Each member of a syndicate purchases a share in any winnings made on a particular draw by submitting a number.
If a member choses a winning number the winnings are divided by shares, and each member of the syndicate who bought a share in the winning draw will recieve the value of the number of shares purchased
£200,000 is won
There are 100 members so each share is worth £2000.
Jack bought 3 shares in the draw so he recieves 3 x £2000
Jill bought 1 share in the draw so she recieves £2000
John bought shares in a different syndicate so he recieves nothing.
There will be a main "national syndicate" in which anyone can enrol.
The site will be non profit and will send profits direct to charities specifically for work in Beslam.
The site must:
1) Secure Membership System
2) Paid membership Paypal, or By Cheque
3) Have a members page: how many shares a member has bought, winnings
4) Allow a member to choose his/her own numbers or randomly generate numbers
5) allow more than one set of numbers to be chosen at once
6) admin page for member / syndicate management / member
7) check chosen numbers for a draw for winning combinations
8) email members/admin when a win is made.
9) Calculate the value of each share
10) Have support for standard/thunderball draws and daily play
11) Automatically send emails when subcription fee is due
12) Automatically pay profits to related charities (if an online method of payment it available)

The site is for charity so please bear this in mind. Unlike playing the national lottery direct the player knows exactly who and where their money is going to help people in need.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

This needs to run on a unix server which has latest stable versions of PHP & mysql installed.
