I have a client who needs some new landing page designs. I am still in the early stages of the project so I don't know exactly what the scope of the project is, but I think it will look like this: 1. Redesign of existing landing page with three options needed based on a detailed creative brief (i'll provide the brief). 1a. One to two rounds of feedback on those design options 1b. Delivery of final design with graphics cut, as necessary from feedback with developer. 2. Redesign of a related page that only offers certain educational courses (this page will be an offshoot of the final design of the main landing page) 3. 5-10 "test" landing pages that will include different headlines, buttons, photos or graphics. Also, I need a developer who can build a working version of the page in html that will then need to be incorporated into the client's existing site. Existing site is in Mambo php, but these landing pages can be in html.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
