Job Scheduler ActiveX Component

**Overview and Model

**This ActiveX component allows users to create job schedules programmatically. It uses an XML file (defined in the attached document) as the input/output source for the schedule. It mimics Microsoft SQL Server job scheduler.

The component doesn’t actually execute any specified task. Its main purpose is to create the schedule. That schedule can then be used by another part of the application to run the specified task.

Also, I need to have a compiled help file included with the component. It needs to contain all the properties and methods associated with the control. I've included a sample of what I'm looking for in regards to the help file (i.e. organizational structure, topics, and format)

**Application Features

a) The component can be created in code (i.e. Set m_oScheduler = New jobScheduler), or placed on a form via an icon.

b) The component needs to be able to set its properties via three methods:

1) Utilizing the XML file (defined in the attached document)

2) In code

3) Via a property sheet

c) Additional details are contained within the supplied document. If you have a more efficient way of doing something to better the users experience, suggestions would be much appreciated.

Compatibility**

This project must be entirely done with Visual C++ 6. If it can’t be done entirely in VC6++, please let me know.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
