iframe + cookie

Can I write a cookie in iframe?

If I don't use iframe my code works.

I have 3 pages. 2 domains.

Both cookies are blank.

If cookies can't be written, is there an alternative to iframe that functions same as iframe but allows cookies.

[url removed, login to view] has working IP iframe goes to.
