GPS Proximity search using gps coordinates in ASP/Vbscript

This is an ASP VBSCRIPT project.

I want to pass gps coordinates to a script which searches a table containing POI called [esm_main].

Each Poi entry in [esm_main] will already contain gps coordinates as well as predeifned x,y and z axis figures.

I want to be able to COUNT the poi within a 25 kilometre radius of the passed variables.

EG SQL

select count(poi) as total_poi from esm_main where ....i dont know the rest, hopefully you can help with it.

As i said, the gaol of this exercise is to get a count of the total poi around a certain gps coordinate based on a radius.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
