1. Do you want to create a 2D drawing of a field in which there will be coordinate for the wire which needs to be fixed? Then how the file is to be sent and uploaded by the contractor technicality of that too?
The application gets a file in AutoCAD format with coordinates in SWEREF99 13 30(Maybe a function where it recognize with coordinates it is in.)
The file format is dxf or dwg. Program does not matter.
The application loads the file. When it loads the file you can see the pipe that is underground in vector format in 2D. This line has coordinates. With the GPS of mobile you can move until you stand over the pipeline underground. It should work like a navigator for pipelines.
It should tell you how accurate you are near or standing over the pipe.
The file you can send by email or have an account inside the program where you ask from the owner of pipe to send you the file. We will just use email and make a dummy login.

6. Cad file is showing on google street map or just black background.
6.1. With the help of GPS and coordinates from cad file it tells tells you when you are standing over the pipe underground.

GPS will tell how many meters u are from the coordinate dot and at which direction
All code must be commented at the level a child who is 5 years old will understand. The comments must be pointing on what is talking with what.
Programing must be structure and oriented.
Maybe divide programming in various parts such as
