UIUX Front Development

I am looking for a team of UIUX Front Developers (REACT / REACT. JS) to work on an Administrative Portal project. The website/application will have mapping capabilities and document viewing services.
Requirements:
- Expert-level experience in UIUX front development
- React.JS
- Ant-D (Ant Design)
- Figma
- Slack communication
- Ability to work with a specific design provided by the client, as well as to follow design requests and provide design solutions if requested.
- Knowledge of geo-mapping uiux (Mapbox preferably) and
- enabling document viewing / editing services (Apryse)
- annotation, business-user OCR capabilities enabled
- upload documents, animated processing notice to the user
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Someone that has pride in their work: you don't need to be obsessive over testing services, but you should have walked through your work before subjecting business users to it, and identify issues ahead of time.
Additional features may be required, so we require someone that is willing to adapt to evolving business requirements.
Must be a problem solver, must be available for calls/messages/meetings on Mountain Standard Time Zone (MST).
Preferably someone that is highly motivated by incentives rather than a fixed hourly wage.
