Help me to calculate my electricity use

Hi!!
Currently i will like to calculate my electrical use because i want to deploy in my rooftop some solar panels so i will like to calculate how ideal can be my olar panels for use, since i dont have all the references of my devices (for example the fridge, the washing machine, etc) my idea it is to use my clamp meter and by the A to understand how muchwatts we are using, also i want to send in 10 days two readings:
1 scenario: with my electrical waterheater turned on by timer (i ran a timer long time ago who is scheduling turn on turn off (it is reference to use 1000W/hr) and my computer turned on 24 hours
2 scenario: same water heater but computer turning on only in working time: since 9 of the morning until 3:00 am
