Help with a Wordpress Theme

We have uploaded a wordpress theme successfully, however we are having trouble stylizing the content to match the original theme. The theme we purchased has a number of short-codes, styles and options. We need the overall look of the theme to look like the one we were sold. Slider bar, columns, widgets, side bars, etc. Please provide bid for these simple fixes and also a short explanation of how to update various areas for us to use in the future.
