Help to finish a code in MAtlab for Video tracking

I have a code in Matlab with KAlman filter for video tracking. i want to improve the tracking and I want to use different filters in order to track objects.
Please bid if you have experience in tracking, the code is already working, but I want to add other filters to improve tracking and to analyze the output results.
I will not accept any proposal until we do Skype call to show me your experience.
Also, there is another project for writing a report will be placed in freelancer based on the this code, so if you finish this project successfully I can give you the report as well.
Please don't bid if you don't have experience in Video tracking in Matlaba , this project doesn't require any writing skills, but you have to explain how you desgined it .
